Zell am See Xpress Update
In this Snow Camps Europe VLOG, we look at the new Zell am See Xpress ski lift from Viehhofen to Zell am See linking the Skicircus Saalbach / Hinterglemm with the Zell am See - Kaprun ski area creating one of Austria largest ski area. Work is now well underway on the last piece of the puzzle the zellamseeXpress which will allow you to ski to and back from the Skicircus starting winter 2019/20 This is great news for our Ski Explorer camps running in 2019/20 where we aim to ski 5 + different resorts in a week. The link will see Kaprun - Zell am See linked with Saalbach, Hinterglemm, Leogang, Fieberbrunn and Viehhofen offering a massive 408km of pistes skiing! In addition, the second part of the K-onnection the final link from Kaprun village to the Kitzsteinhorn will also be opening from November 2019 more to come on this lift in the coming days. Meanwhile, work will start to link the village of Peisendorf with Zell am See giving people more options on accommodation and ways to enter the ski area in the coming years.
